The video is made based on an analysis of student needs regarding the need for more complete teaching materials. Research instruments in the form of observations, questionnaires and interviews. Video development uses the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. At the analysis stage, several needs analyzes were produced that discussed the problem findings and needs in the learning process of writing expository texts. Furthermore, at the design stage, the flowchart of the material structure in the product is determined. Then at the development stage, the results of the validation of material experts and media experts are obtained which are calculated using a Likert scale formula to see the achievement of effective product results. Based on the validation results from material experts, the average value of 89.58 was obtained at the second validation stage which was classified as high.
