In order to timely and accurately monitor the internal environment of the cage, miners' dynamics and cage working conditions, the online monitoring system of mine hoist cage based on ARM has been developed. The overall scheme of online monitoring system is proposed, which is composed of WIFI wireless communication network, upper computer monitoring platform, video monitoring platform, online monitoring system sub-station and generator power supply. The on-line monitoring system substation based on stm32f103zet6 microcontroller realizes the functions of cage working condition monitoring, historical data query, alarm threshold setting and threshold alarm. Finally, the wireless transmission base station, wet temperature sensor and encoder are tested by setting up a testbed.
