摘要

本文利用表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器对不同大小的红细胞进行了分析。红细胞大小的变化影响折射率的变化。SPR传感器对这种微小的折射率变化非常敏感。本文给出了一个通用公式,通过观察SPR传感器的输出强度,可以确定SPR传感器中金属界面处作为介质的RBC的大小。
