The research method used was descriptive research. This research was conducted at UPT SMP Negeri 42 Medan, Medan Deli District. The time for carrying out the research was from January to March 2018. Data collection techniques were in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that the strategy carried out by the principal in improving the performance of teachers at UPT SMP Negeri 42 Medan, Medan Deli District, can be seen from the aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the principal in improving teacher performance, namely through the principal's strategy in tying performance teachers make teachers there good, orderly and disciplined in carrying out their duties such as being absent, entering class, and the principal includes teachers in various education and training, activates the MGMP forum, provides the necessary facilities and supervises, encourages/directs it turns out to be effective. The managerial ability of the school principal in improving teacher performance is seen from the planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation aspects that have been made by the school principal where the results have not been maximized. Managerial principals in improving teacher performance have been carried out as planned but the results have not been as expected. 摘要
本研究的目的是确定2017/2018学年棉兰德里区UPT SMP Negeri 42的校长在提高教师绩效方面的管理策略。2017/2018学年。本研究采用描述性研究方法。这项研究是在棉兰德里区棉兰42号的UPT SMP Negeri进行的。研究时间为2018年1月至3月。数据收集技术采用观察、访谈和文件的形式。本研究结果表明,校长在棉兰德里区棉兰市立公立小学Negeri 42校区改善教师绩效的策略,可以从规划、组织、实施和监督校长改善教师绩效的几个方面来看,即通过校长对绩效教师的约束策略,使那里的教师在履行缺勤、上课、上课等职责时表现良好、有序、纪律严明。校长组织教师参与各种教育和培训,激活MGMP论坛,提供必要的设施,并监督、鼓励/指导其发挥作用。校长在提高教师绩效方面的管理能力,是从校长所做的计划、组织、实施、监督和评价等方面来看,而这些方面的效果并没有达到最大化。管理校长在提高教师绩效方面的工作已按计划进行,但效果并不如预期。
