But in practice in the field, the process of measuring air temperature &humidity is mostly done manually, which is done by recording which has the disadvantage of inaccurate measurement data. Recording temperature measurements that are done manually causes the product results to be not good, both in terms of quantity and quality. Related to these problems, the author took the initiative to create an alternative data logger device that is simpler, easier to integrate and relatively more affordable, without reducing the value of measurement accuracy. This data logger tool functions to monitor air temperature and humidity in real time, whose monitoring results are displayed through a system interface with the help of Labview software, Arduino Uno & DHT sensor. 摘要

在工业领域中,空气温湿度测量过程是生产过程中非常重要的测量过程。但在现场实际工作中,空气温湿度的测量过程大多是手工进行的,采用记录的方式,存在测量数据不准确的缺点。记录手工完成的温度测量导致产品结果在数量和质量方面都不好。针对这些问题,笔者主动创造了一种更简单,更容易集成,相对更实惠的替代数据记录仪设备,而不会降低测量精度的价值。该数据记录仪工具的功能是实时监测空气温度和湿度,通过Labview软件、Arduino Uno和DHT传感器通过系统界面显示监测结果。最终试验设计的数据记录仪工具的结果能够&具有优点,其中,空气温湿度参数可以自动监测并伴有报警通知,空气温湿度数据参数可以自动记录成MS Excel格式的日志数据;用户可以分析空气温湿度参数的数据和最终的试验结果。该空气温湿度数据记录仪工具的误差率为0.5%。
