摘要

压电声发射传感器的标定主要包括互易法和表面脉冲法两种方法。前者利用压电传感器的电声互易原理,后者需要参考电容或激光系统进行位移或速度测量。以往的研究表明,两种方法具有一定的一致性,但仍有学者对压电声发射传感器的互易校准提出质疑。本文计算并比较了等效互易系数和实互易系数的一致性。建立了实验系统,对实验结果进行了验证。试验结果表明,互易法与表面脉冲法具有较好的一致性。
