It can be seen from the 5 indicators of Good Corporate Governance, which include: 1) Transparency, 2) Accountability, 3) Responsibility, 4) Independence (Independence), and 5) Fairness (Justice / Equality) has gone quite well. However, it must be admitted that the digital transformation of banking has not fully gone well due to the reluctance of customers who prefer to make transactions directly compared to using digitally or online. In addition, the obstacles in implementing banking digitalization are hampered because the public does not fully understand and are able to use digital banking services. 摘要

本研究旨在了解和分析印尼人民银行(BRI) Paguyaman部门银行数字化转型中的良好公司治理。研究方法采用定性方法和描述性研究。研究结果发现,与印尼人民银行(BRI)银行数字化转型中的良好公司治理相关,Paguyaman部门总体上运行良好。从良好公司治理的5个指标中可以看出:1)透明度,2)问责制,3)责任,4)独立性(独立性),5)公平性(正义/平等)。然而,必须承认的是,由于客户不愿意直接进行交易,而不是使用数字或在线交易,银行的数字化转型并没有完全顺利进行。此外,由于公众不完全了解和能够使用数字银行服务,阻碍了实施银行数字化的障碍。这可以看出,除了不愿进行数字交易之外,还因为网络支持无法最佳地用于在线交易。
