This research explores the dynamics of industrialization and leadership transformation in indigenous Papuans, focusing on the Comoros Mimika Tribe in Papua Province, particularly in the context of the relationship with PT Freeport. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore it. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, such as indigenous leaders, youth, women, NGOs, and the government in the Comoros Mimika Tribe. In addition, participatory observations and document analysis were also conducted to gain a holistic understanding of the dynamics of leadership and social change in the community. The results show that diverse perspectives are presented through the views of indigenous leaders, youth, women, NGOs, and governments on this change. Indigenous leaders stressed the need to preserve traditional values while accommodating the realities of modernization, while youth saw change as an opportunity to improve social and economic conditions. Women fight for gender inclusion and protection of their traditional roles, NGOs and governments seek to unite economic development with the preservation of indigenous peoples' cultures and interests. These findings reflect the complexity of the relationship between tradition and modernity and highlight the challenges and opportunities in maintaining a balance between the two in the context of PT Freeport in indigenous Papuans.

The 2024 Indonesian elections hold great potential for the consolidation of the country's democracy. Indonesia has made significant strides towards becoming a democratic country since its transition from authoritarian rule in 1998. However, challenges such as corruption, political polarization, and the role of the military in politics still exist. The upcoming elections provide an opportunity for Indonesian citizens to exercise their democratic right to choose their leaders and hold them accountable. To consolidate democracy, the Indonesian government needs to ensure a fair and transparent electoral process. Furthermore, political leaders need to work towards bridging the gap between different segments of society and addressing the root causes of political polarization. The government must also make efforts to reduce corruption, strengthen the rule of law, and promote transparency in government operations. Overall, the 2024 elections provide an opportunity for Indonesia to further consolidate its democracy and build a more prosperous and inclusive society. It will require the collective efforts of political leaders, civil society, and citizens to make this a reality.

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the dynamics between the European Union (EU) and the United Nations (UN) in their interactions with the African Union (AU). Recognizing the AU's pivotal role in addressing Africa's challenges, the study investigates historical trajectories, policies, and key priorities shaping EU and UN perspectives on the AU. Through a multi-methodological approach, including document review and comparative analysis, it explores areas of convergence, divergence, and potential conflicts in their approaches, shedding light on implications for the AU's development and international relations. Tracing the historical evolution of EU-AU and UN-AU relations, pivotal moments such as the Cotonou Agreement and the establishment of the UN Office to the African Union (UNOAU) are highlighted. Analysis reveals shared objectives in peace, security, sustainable development, and governance, with nuanced differences in emphasis and approach. While areas of alignment exist, particularly in peacekeeping and sustainable development goals, divergences emerge in governance, human rights, and economic relations, posing challenges to collaboration.Case studies, including joint peacekeeping missions in Mali and development initiatives in Eastern Africa, offer insights into successes, challenges, and lessons learned, informing recommendations for future collaborations. Opportunities for enhanced cooperation, such as joint capacity-building initiatives and aligned development programs, are identified.The study contributes to a nuanced understanding of EU and UN perspectives on the AU, providing insights into their implications for Africa's development. Recommendations for improvements in coordination mechanisms, communication channels, and decision-making processes are proposed to enhance effectiveness. Future research avenues include evaluating economic partnerships' impacts and exploring innovative funding models to unlock transformative impact on the African continent. Ultimately, this analysis informs policymakers and international practitioners, fostering constructive partnerships for Africa's stability, prosperity, and sustainable development.

In Indonesia, the marriage rate always increases from year to year. In 2017 there were 1,936,934 people who married and the number increased to 2,016,171 people in 2018. The aim of the research was to determine the description of factors that influence early marriage in Kati Maju village, Ketambe subdistrict, Southeast Aceh district. This type of research uses observation methods related to early marriage. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive techniques, where all data is obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The research results that cause early marriage are economic factors based on the economic needs that are most felt to be urgent in the family. Parents marry off their young children because parents have low awareness of the importance of their children's education, so they prefer to stop their children from going to school because they think it is a waste of time and money. And social factors assume that unmarried children are a burden on the family and must bear shame. It is recommended that health workers provide education and outreach to families regarding the impact of early marriage on their reproductive health.

Access to information in the current digital era can be received from various kinds of gadgets, including smartphones and PC computers to laptops. The emergence of the corona virus or covid-19 greatly influenced various aspects of human life in this world, both economically, socially, health, and so on, various efforts were made by all countries in the world including Indonesia to overcome the covid-19 problem. The impact of the spread of Covid-19 has also affected the congregation's worship process, one way that can be done is to take advantage of the development of ICT (Information Communication Technology) through the zoom application, so that the congregation can worship from home. Utilizing the Facebook live streaming feature in online worship can reduce the spread of the corona virus because there are no crowds. However, other problems still arise, related to how to use zoom by the congregation at GMIM PNILE Tuna Manado, Wonasa, Kombos Regions. There are still many complaints from the public or congregation related to the use of zoom, starting from bad network, how to use zoom and up to data quota limitations, and many other things that become obstacles in using zoom in worship, and the impact is also totality in worship online is reduced.

The paper is based on fundamental theories such as contingency theory, legitimacy theory, and stakeholder theory to evaluate the factors affecting environmental accounting in manufacturing enterprises – a case study in Tuyen Quang province, Vietnam. To solve the research objective of this article, the author used a qualitative method combined with exploratory factor analysis (EFA) by sending a survey to managers and employees in the enterprises. Research results show that there are 5 factors including (1) Enterprise size, (2) Stakeholders, (3) Regulations, (4) Qualifications, (5) Line of business that affect environmental accounting in manufacturing enterprises in Tuyen Quang province. The results are a basis for influencers to propose solutions to promote businesses in the area and apply environmental accounting.

The trade in dog meat for consumption has occurred in several places in Indonesia, spread across several cities with special consumers, such as in Medan, Jogjakarta, Bandung, Surakarta, DKI, Manado, Bali. This has attracted public attention, especially animal-loving groups, and has become a national and international concern. Dogs have been slaughtered and consumed by ignoring technical aspects of veterinary public health and animal welfare. The process of cutting dog meat can potentially transmit zoonotic diseases (rabies) and other diseases such as salmonella and ring worm. Several regions in Indonesia have issued regional regulations regarding the prohibition of dog meat distribution. Likewise, there is Law Number 18 of 2009 concerning Animal Husbandry and Health as amended by Law Number 41 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 18 of 2009 concerning Animal Husbandry and Health; Law Number 18 of 2012 concerning Food; PP No.95/2012 concerning Veterinary Public Health and Animal Welfare, PP No.47/2014 concerning Prevention and Control of Animal Diseases and Circular Letter of the Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health, Ministry of Agriculture No. 9874/SE/pk.420/F/09/2018 concerning Increasing Supervision of Dog Meat Circulation/Trade. However, in Indonesian law, there are no specific provisions that contain sanctions relating to the capture, trade, slaughter or consumption of dog meat. This study uses normative legal research methods with several approaches, namely the statutory approach and the conceptual approach.

In handling election criminal violations, the policies of the Election Law Enforcement Center or Gakumdu are regulated. Gakumdu consists of elements from Bawaslu, the prosecutor's office and the police. The aim of the establishment of Gakumdu is to encourage the election trial to take place quickly and accurately. This must be done because the election process is bound by a strict schedule and stages, so it is impossible for the election stages to be adjusted to the ordinary judicial process. This study aims to analyze whether the Sentra Gakkumdu Policy in North Sulawesi has had an impact on the effectiveness of election law enforcement in Indonesia. What are the obstacles to the Gakkumdu Sentra Policy in the electoral law enforcement process in Indonesia and what solutions can be made so that the role of the Gakkumdu Sentra Policy is more effective in enforcing election law. The results of the analysis concluded that the handling of alleged violations of election crimes by the Sentra Gakkumdu in the 2019 election in Sulawesi was not effective because there were provisions both in the election law and other regulations that hindered the work of the Sentra Gakkumdu. There are often differences in legal perceptions among members of the Gakkumdu in determining whether a request fulfills the element of a violation or not. Not all districts/cities have a Prosecutor's Office or a Police Office.

The results of the analysis concluded that the handling of alleged violations of election crimes by the Sentra Gakkumdu in the 2019 election in Sulawesi was not effective because there were provisions both in the election law and other regulations that hindered the work of the Sentra Gakkumdu. There are often differences in legal perceptions among members of the Gakkumdu in determining whether a request fulfills the element of a violation or not. This study aims to: know and analyze Good Corporate Governance in Banking Digitalization Transformation at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Paguyaman Unit. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results of the study found that related to Good Corporate Governance in the Transformation of Banking Digitalization at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) the Paguyaman Unit in general has been running well. It can be seen from the 5 indicators of Good Corporate Governance, which include: 1) Transparency, 2) Accountability, 3) Responsibility, 4) Independence (Independence), and 5) Fairness (Justice / Equality) has gone quite well. However, it must be admitted that the digital transformation of banking has not fully gone well due to the reluctance of customers who prefer to make transactions directly compared to using digitally or online. In addition, the obstacles in implementing banking digitalization are hampered because the public does not fully understand and are able to use digital banking services. This can be seen apart from the reluctance in carrying out digital transactions also due to network support that is not able to optimally be used in online transactions.
