Based on droop control method, this paper designs an adaptive method for voltage regulation using distributed battery energy storage. The droop coefficients are designed using the system voltage sensitivity matrix. A closed-loop model of the system droop control is established, consequently, a method for predicting the voltage recovered by droop control is also proposed to prevent voltage exceeding limit.
