The current study is an explanatory study that has presented the potential positive outcomes of flexible work arrangements in the form of a positive work engagement resulting from two serial mediation models. PROCESS Macro tool version 3.3 was used to test serial mediation models using model 6 in SPSS for a data sample collected from technology-focused entrepreneurial firms in the post-COVID-19 scenario. 摘要
