The goal was to study the characteristics implemented in existing systems and to create an application based on use cases defined in our faculty, for guidance and automation of students’ decisions in regard with their educational path. In order to apply smart campus concepts, we focused on administrative processes, like subjects’ exchange, with support from a virtual assistant designed to guide students through their decision activities.
