Digital learning services that have been implemented in Keerom are web based teachers collaboration and virtual classroom. Elementary school students need interesting learning material, thereby increasing their willingness to learn. On current digital learning in Keerom, there is no system to browse and manage learning video content yet. This research designed a web-based video on demand to support digital learning. The research process using the concept of product service systems so that research results are expected according to the needs of target users. The system is designed in the form of a website that is easily accessible and interactive to the user. 摘要
