It was hypothesized that structural empowerment and psychological empowerment will influence innovative behavior. Empowerment was also hypothesized to influence trust. We also posited that trust will act a mediator. Data came from 410 respondents employed in the manufacturing, banking, cement, telecommunication sector in Pakistan.
