The experiment results with the UCA reveal there are considerable differences on accuracy, resolution capacity and other performances between theoretical predicted and measured results. We find array errors are the main reasons that make such differences. Several error estimation techniques are developed. Examples shown in this paper demonstrate the performances can get a great improvement after compensation. 摘要
