This paper constructs a joint model of information technology tennis teaching factors, and studies tennis teaching from the perspectives of health, tennis learning effect and crowd management. Research shows that the use of information technology can improve students' learning effect from the perspective of students' learning interest and health. Based on the analysis of the current students' tennis learning time, the use of information technology multimedia and intelligent equipment for teaching can improve students' learning efficiency by more than 65% compared with missionary teaching, and the students' bad mental health phenomenon in this case can be reduced by more than 35%, Students' physique can be improved by more than 45%. In addition, students' tennis learning skills can be improved by more than 50%.
