摘要

针对永磁直线同步电机的控制问题,提出了不同的位置估计方法。这款MSlin有霍尔效应传感器,可以逐步给出位置,还有一个MEMS加速度计,可以跟踪绝对加速度。为了提高单个传感器的分辨率,我们建议将它们的数据结合起来,以获得运动部件的精确位置。给出了仿真和初步实验结果,并对其进行了评述。
