摘要

离心泵的轴功率是电机泵系统合理匹配的重要参数之一。本文首先阐述了节流阀控制的基本原理,以及利用矢量控制策略对离心泵工作点的变化进行调速。然后在等流量条件下,采用两种调节方式对离心泵轴功率进行了对比分析。仿真结果表明,矢量控制调速方法驱动离心泵所需的轴功率比节流阀控制方法少37%。为电泵系统的高效匹配提供参考。
