摘要

利用无地平面支撑的多层几何的格林函数,提出了有限地平面微带的全波分析方法。采用二维矩量法推导了含有限地平面的各金属层上的电流分布。将计算得到的共面带色散特性与现有实验数据进行了比较,得到了较好的一致性。然后,严格分析了有限地平面对微带传播特性的影响。最后,对有限接平面的微带谐振腔进行了实验测量,并与理论结果进行了比较。
