摘要

曲轴系等效试验台可有效解决传统单缸原装发动机试验台试验周期长、成本高、试验作业不方便等问题。本文以伺服电机为动力单元,双曲轴连杆和双头气缸为传动机构,设计了单缸发动机曲轴系统等效试验台。通过对原单缸发动机的动态仿真和运动学特性进行对比论证。结果表明,等效试验台可以模拟曲轴在加速阶段和稳定旋转阶段的旋转状态。仿真结果符合单缸发动机活塞位移、速度和加速度变化规律及运动特性,满足等效性要求。
