It is necessary to maintain the quality of life, business and economical stability of the city. However, the development of the transport system or its radical transformation is a large-scale investment, which is not always easy to decide, especially in the face of uncertainty: lack of knowledge about the process and fluctuations in the economy. Deficient of transport services aspects study will inevitably lead to losses of life quality. Thereby the development of methods for optimizing the route network of public transport, which will link the demand and supply of transport services, is an urgent task.
