Seaweed’s growth location influenced chemical composition and digestibility. In vitro digestibility of crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, NDF, ADF, and lignin of rejected Eucheuma cottoni from Ambon was higher (p<0.01) than that of rejected Eucheuma cottoni from Alor and Rote. Crude protein and nitrogen free extract content of rejected Eucheuma cottoni from Ambon were also high compared with that of rejected Eucheuma cottoni from Alor and Rote. 摘要

研究了来自Alor、Ambon和Rote三个不同产地(地区)的拒收红藻(Eucheuma cottonii)的营养成分含量和体外消化率。废草棉真cheuma cottoni产自印度尼西亚NTT省库邦县库邦西区的一家琼脂厂。研究了近似分析、纤维分析(NDF、ADF、纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、二氧化硅)、矿物质分析(Ca、Mg、Fe和S)以及体外消化率(干物质、有机物、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、NDF、ADF和木质素)。海藻的生长位置影响其化学成分和消化率。安邦县拒收棉的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、NDF、ADF和木质素的体外消化率均高于阿洛尔县和罗特县(p<0.01)。安汶地区拒收棉的粗蛋白质和无氮提取物含量也高于阿洛尔和罗特地区拒收棉。综上所述,安汶拒收的棉真菊较适合作为犊牛发酵剂的碳水化合物源饲料。
