Information & communication technology (ICT) ability is a necessary professional ability for teachers in the era of wisdom education. In this study, a six-factor structure model of teachers' ICT ability was constructed. This study takes primary and secondary school teachers in X District, X City, a demonstration area of smart education, as the research object to explore the influence of gender, age, teaching age, professional title and educational background on teachers' ICT ability. The results show that age, teaching age and professional title have significant influence on teachers' ICT ability. The number of information-based training and teaching and research affects teachers' ICT ability. 摘要

随着互联网、人工智能等技术在教育中的应用和渗透,推动教育向智能化方向发展。信息通信技术(ICT)能力是智慧教育时代教师必备的专业能力。本研究构建了教师信息通信技术能力的六因素结构模型。本研究以智慧教育示范区X市X区中小学教师为研究对象,探讨性别、年龄、教学年龄、职称、学历对教师ICT能力的影响。结果表明,年龄、教学年龄和职称对教师ICT能力有显著影响。信息化培训和教研的数量影响着教师的ICT能力。在此基础上,提出了提高教师ICT能力的建议,旨在从多个方面提高智能环境下教师的ICT能力。
