Within the framework of the developed approach, it is proposed, in the process of human-computer interaction, to implicitly test users in order to obtain information about the cognitive styles of each specific user, the effectiveness and efficiency of human-computer interaction, and the degree of subjective satisfaction from the human-computer interaction. Since the information system “power-society” will operate on a national scale, the processing of collected data is supposed to be carried out using the technology of “big data”. 摘要

本文以“权力-社会”系统为例,提出了一种基于分布式智能信息环境的人类交互建模方法。该方法在信息交互建模中考虑了人为因素。本文中的人为因素被简化为用户的一组认知特征。在该方法的框架内,提出在人机交互过程中对用户进行隐式测试,以获取每个特定用户的认知风格、人机交互的有效性和效率以及人机交互的主观满意度等信息。由于信息系统“权力-社会”将在全国范围内运行,因此对收集到的数据进行处理应该采用“大数据”技术。所提出的方法使我们能够考虑到一个人的认知平等对他与在互联网上实施一系列公共服务的信息系统相互作用的指标的影响。
