摘要

移动医疗(mHealth)是空间信息技术在健康领域的创新应用,是电子健康的重要发展方向。本文研究了基于位置的移动医疗系统的关键技术,设计并实现了系统原型。移动监控终端接收生理参数测量仪采集的数据,通过GPS/WiFi定位模块获取位置信息,并通过GPRS通信将数据上传到服务中心。服务中心是一个基于Silver light的WebGIS系统,通过对移动监控终端用户的位置和生理参数进行监测,并通过空间分析进行报警和提醒。该移动医疗系统具有实时监控、精确定位、快速分析、可视化显示等特点,可广泛应用于家庭病床、老人院、空巢养老、慢性病患者等特殊人群或场景。
