摘要
本研究的目的是确定教练对印尼廖内省政府雇员专业精神的影响。本研究是一个定量研究使用SPSS Version 23处理数据和检验假设。研究发现,辅导对员工工作的专业性有显著的影响。我们知道,教练对政府雇员专业度的影响为78.2%,其余的21.8%受到本研究之外的其他变量的影响。
