The formulation of the problem discussed is: how to design the best employee appraisal decision support system application using the 360 degrees feedback assessment method. This method is a multi-source assessment that involves appraisals from managers, subordinates, co-workers, oneself, and even customers. PT. Indonesia Marine Transportation是一家从事海运服务的公司。这家公司在人力资源管理方面存在一些问题,其中之一就是员工考核问题。员工评估过程仍然是主观和手动的,因此确定最佳员工需要时间。本文讨论的问题是:如何利用360度反馈评估方法设计最佳的员工考核决策支持系统应用。这种方法是一种多源评估,包括来自经理、下属、同事、自己甚至客户的评估。本研究的目的是设计一个决策支持系统应用程序,应用360度反馈评估方法来评估最优秀的员工。
