摘要

分析了工业、电力和科学仪器制造中测量大尺寸和扩展物体变形的自准直系统的结构特点。通过与串行自准直装置的比较,分析了测量距离增加的条件。研究了工作光束约束下的测量误差。基于接收到的误差函数解析表达式,确定了减小测量系统误差的算法结构。
