摘要

作为竞争因素的信息技术与战略管理的互补对于获得竞争优势是非常重要的。本文探讨了将IT作为竞争因素进行战略分析时应考虑的与战略和IT相关的因素,并提出了战略技术管理(STM)的框架。本研究采用数据定量和定性分析相结合的方法进行。通过访谈对大中小型企业的调查结果进行推理,对框架进行扩展和验证,最后进行理论匹配。分析结果表明,信息技术战略管理是一个不断评价和变化的过程,竞争环境、竞争战略(业务战略和IT战略)、竞争结果和竞争因素等因素之间的一致性为工业企业获得了竞争优势。
