The E2412-04 standard approved by ASTM presents a method for calculating oil condition monitoring parameters using FTIR spectroscopy. The driving environment of vehicle is demonstrated to be influential to lubricant oil oxidation using the ratio of oxidation rate in plateau area and in high temperature region. It is proposed that oxidation and nitration values are suitable for oil degradation analysis and oil replacement interval prediction. 摘要

FTIR法是监测润滑油使用状况的常用术语。ASTM批准的E2412-04标准提出了一种使用FTIR光谱计算油品状态监测参数的方法。在这项工作中,获得了35个柴油发动机油样品的ASTM参数值,分析了氧化值、含水量等ASTM参数与车辆行驶里程的关系。利用高原地区和高温地区的氧化率之比,论证了车辆行驶环境对润滑油氧化的影响。提出了氧化值和硝化值适用于油品降解分析和油品更换间隔预测。在此基础上,综合考虑行驶里程、载重比、温度、气压及干扰因素,构建了油液氧化神经网络,提出了油液更换间隔预测方法。
