摘要

根据三牙轮钻头的几何和运动学原理,阐述了影响钻头直径的相关因素,以及相关结构参数与钻头直径的关系。并以具体钻头为例,利用应用软件定量分析了相关零件公差对钻头直径的影响情况,以及零件加工误差与钻头直径误差之间的关系。同时,利用随机变量的概率分布理论定量描述钻头直径误差的分布,并根据设计数据计算钻头设计直径的合格率。提出了设计阶段的直径控制方法,为设计钻头时合理确定相关参数公差提供了理论依据和措施。
