摘要

本研究考察并分析伊斯兰情绪智力、工作与生活平衡、倦怠对组织承诺的影响。此外,本研究也检视和分析了职业倦怠在伊斯兰情绪智力和工作生活平衡对组织承诺的中介作用。本研究的调查对象为在廖内省北干巴鲁市宗教部工作的女性雇员,共73人。抽样技术采用饱和抽样或普查,采用SEM-PLS统计分析。结果表明:(1)伊斯兰情绪智力对组织承诺有影响,(2)工作生活平衡对组织承诺有影响,(3)职业倦怠对组织承诺有影响,(4)伊斯兰情绪智力对职业倦怠有影响,(5)工作生活平衡影响职业倦怠,(6)职业倦怠可以中介伊斯兰情绪智力对组织承诺的影响。(七)职业倦怠可以中介工作-生活平衡对组织承诺的影响。
