本研究是一项系统综述，根据PRISMA检查表和Cochrane指南进行准备。Science Direct, Web of Science, SCOPUS, Springer Link，网络数字论文库，Ovid, CINAHL, Pubmed, Cochrane Library，使用Proquest数据库“Alzheimer Disease”，“Alzheimer”，“ad”。、“百里醌”、“TQ”、“黑草”、“NS”等。使用关键字进行搜索。对构成宇宙的2022年3月至4月扫描的251篇论文的摘要进行系统审查，选出符合研究目的的18篇文章作为研究样本。
