Leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Motivation had a positive and significant effect on work spirit. The work environment had a positive and significant effect on work spirit, leadership had a positive and significant effect on work spirit. 摘要

本研究旨在以工作精神为中介变量,探讨动机、工作环境和领导对员工绩效的影响程度。分析方法采用结构方程模型(SEM)分析与偏叶方(PLS) 3。结果表明,动机对员工绩效有正向显著影响,工作环境对员工绩效有正向显著影响。领导对员工绩效有正向显著影响,激励对工作精神有正向显著影响。工作环境对工作精神有正向显著影响,领导对工作精神有正向显著影响。
