The analysis includes Radio Resource Management techniques on the Physical layer, transmission techniques on the Network (IP) layer, optimisation techniques on the Transport layer and techniques focusing on the Application layer. Also there is a report on the selection of the most efficient solutions and the way these can be combined in an integrated and cross layer optimisation solution.
