An equally good result was obtained with the addition of 10% granite powder (increase by 11%). The addition of a larger amount of the additive resulted in a decrease or a slight increase in the pull-off strength compared to the reference sample. 摘要

本文叙述了在环氧树脂层中加入废花岗岩粉对环氧树脂层拉脱强度的影响。基材为C30 / 37混凝土。底漆树脂分别用10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%的花岗岩粉进行改性。为了进行对照,还制作了不添加粉末的样品。对于每种材料配置,使用自动设备记录拉脱强度和测量时间,进行了四次强度测试。所得结果与对照样品进行了比较。在测试中,当添加20%时获得了最好的结果,与参考样品相比增加了19%。添加10%的花岗岩粉(增加11%)也获得了同样好的效果。与参考样品相比,添加更大量的添加剂导致拉拔强度降低或略有增加。此外,添加剂已被发现使涂层变暗,当添加量超过50%时,涂层变得完全不透明。
