After observing and studying Chinese reading teaching and learning under the network environment over 3 years, we have developed a special reading digital tool to improve students' digital reading quality based on the internet environment classroom. Students can make different kinds of reading notes such as highlights, digest, comments and communications with the digital tool, and teachers can get comprehensive and detail information about the reading.
