It was established that the reliability of the thermal insulation shell is determined by organizational and technological factors that affect the probability of thermal failure of the enclosing structures. A structural diagram of the concept of monitoring is proposed for the purpose of developing mechanisms for ensuring the reliability of the thermal insulation envelope of buildings. 分析了建筑保温围护结构可靠性监测与专家分析评估的研究现状。研究结果表明,影响围护结构热失效概率的组织因素和工艺因素决定了围护结构的可靠性。提出了监测概念的结构图,以便制定确保建筑物保温围护结构可靠性的机制。建筑保温壳可靠性监测概念的结构方案假设目标监测方案的组成部分是基于实验热成像调查结果的技术诊断、围护结构热失效风险分析以及对建筑保温壳可靠性进行专家分析评估。
