INTEGRATION OF ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SOURCES INTO PUBLIC BUILDINGS' HEATING SYSTEMS 将替代能源纳入公共建筑供热系统

Given the conditions of loss of generating capacities and the energy crisis as a whole, significant attention needs to be paid to alternative energy sources for heating and powering buildings and structures. A characteristic example is private households that use traditional fuels and electricity for heating and thermal supply. Another example is office and administrative buildings connected to central heating systems, whose owners are seeking ways to diversify heat supply. In recent years, the production of electricity using solar photovoltaic modules has become widespread. However, direct use of the generated energy for heating is inefficient and requires comprehensive solutions with maximum autonomy and energy efficiency. One such solution could be the integrated use of solar panels and heat pumps. The article discusses, using the example of an office building, the results of actual measurements of electricity production and consumption from solar panels. A comprehensive solution is proposed to replace traditional heating from a district boiler house with a system consisting of a heat pump and solar panels. Based on measurement data, the necessary areas of solar panels are calculated, and the efficiency of replacing traditional energy sources with alternative ones is determined.

THE INFLUENCE OF HEAT-CONDUCTIVE INCLUSIONS ON THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF THE EXTERNAL WALLS OF A DWELLING BUILDING WITH A MONOLITHIC FRAME 导热夹杂物对整体框架住宅建筑外墙能效的影响

The influence of "cold bridges" on the reduced heat transfer resistance of wall enclosures, which characterizes their thermal insulation properties and energy efficiency, was studied. A nine-story monolithic frame residential building in the city of Lviv was considered. Wall enclosing structures 250 mm thick made of hollow ceramic blocks on a cement-sand mortar. The thermal insulation of the walls is made by the wet method with plates made of mineral wool 100 mm thick. Windows and transparent facade systems made of PVC profiles filled with double-glazed windows. The following heat-conducting inclusions were considered: mineral wool fastening dowels, window slopes, inter-floor and balcony ceilings, columns, corner joints. To determine the reduced heat transfer resistance, modeling of wall nodes was performed using the finite element method using the Agros2D software complex. As a result of the calculations, the temperature fields and heat flows for the corresponding nodes with "cold bridges" were obtained. Based on calculations of two-dimensional temperature fields of wall fragments, linear heat transfer coefficients for linear heat-conducting inclusions were calculated. The reduced heat transfer resistance for the external walls of the building in question was determined, taking into account the named "cold bridges". The results indicate a significant influence of these heat-conducting inclusions. The influence of each heat-conducting inclusion on the heat transfer coefficient was evaluated. It is concluded that heat transfer inclusions such as ceilings have the greatest impact on heat transfer for the house under study. The results of the research will be useful in the analysis of energy efficiency and the design of multi-story residential buildings with a monolithic frame.

The article considers the issue of improving the thermal and mechanical characteristics of building products by introducing polystyrene foam, carbon black, and foaming agent into the mixture for their preparation. A comparison of the main thermal performance of building materials is made, and options for additives and aggregates for the new material are considered. Several approaches to improving the thermal insulation properties of the material through the optimal combination of different additives are proposed. The main thermal engineering characteristics for improvement, such as density, frost resistance, strength, thermal conductivity, and energy efficiency, are highlighted. The options for combining fillers to ensure the density and strength of the newly formed material are considered.The influence of expanded polystyrene on reducing the weight of building material and, as a result, on reducing the load on foundations is studied. The main grades of carbon black and their main characteristics are considered. The influence of different types of carbon black on thermal conductivity and overall resistance of the material to loads is investigated. Methods for ensuring the strength of the inorganic matrix by increasing the chemical activity of the binder, reducing the water-cement ratio, and using mechanochemical activation of the binder are studied. The influence of the type of foaming agents and their technological features on the properties of concrete is investigated. The effect of plasticizing additives on reducing water consumption and, as a result, cement consumption is considered.The problems of creating a new economically feasible and energy-efficient new building material and the prospects of using expanded polystyrene and carbon black to improve the overall efficiency of building materials are investigated. The possibilities of reducing energy consumption in the production of new building materials are analyzed.

FEATURES OF PLANNING REHABILITATION DEPARTMENTS FOR VETERANS: AN ANALYSIS OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE 退伍军人康复部门规划的特点:国际经验分析

The heat transfer of a single pipe with transverse round fins during forced convection is considered. A mathematical model is proposed for determining the specific heat flow from a liquid to a gas flow during heat transfer through a cylindrical surface ribbed with round ribs, taking into account the temperature distribution along the height of the plate. The influence of the geometric dimensions of circular fins on heat transfer and specific heat flow through a cylindrical externally finned surface was revealed. According to the results of the simulation of the heat transfer process in the MathCAD environment, it is shown that in case of an increase in the height of the fin, the total heat transfer heat flow increases, but the heat transfer coefficient from the air side decreases in this case, the minimum specific heat flow is observed at a fin diameter of 31...32 mm. The maximum specific heat flow through the finned surface occurs for the fin thickness δ = 2 mm, while the decrease in fin thickness leads to a decrease in the mass of the heat transfer surface and a decrease in the efficiency coefficient of the fin. A significant factor that affects the efficiency of circular transverse pipe fins is the pitch between the fins. An increase in the pitch of the fins on the pipe leads to an increase in the heat transfer coefficient from the side of the fins and a decrease in the specific heat flow. The value of the intensity of heat exchange from the surface of the finned pipe and the specific heat flow through the pipe changes by 1.5...2 times per step between the ribs of 0.005...0.02 m. It was established that the smallest step of finning would be optimal for the heat exchanger, but it is worth considering the technical the economic expediency of modern industrial technologies of finning pipes with aluminum and a significant increase in hydraulic resistance in the event of a decrease in the pitch of the fins on the pipe, which leads to the need to use injection machines of greater prominence and power. The obtained results can be used to optimize the geometric dimensions of tubular gas-water heat exchangers with transverse round fins.

FEATURES OF PLANNING REHABILITATION DEPARTMENTS FOR VETERANS: AN ANALYSIS OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE 退伍军人康复部门规划的特点:国际经验分析

This article explores the features of planning rehabilitation departments for veterans, focusing on practices and approaches used in leading countries worldwide. Considering the specific needs of veterans, who often face various physical and psychological injuries, effective planning of rehabilitation facilities plays a crucial role in ensuring their successful recovery and reintegration into civilian life. The article emphasizes the importance of functional space organization, which ensures convenient access to necessary rehabilitation services and contributes to creating a comfortable environment for veterans. The study of international experience shows that in many countries, special attention is given to the accessibility of rehabilitation services for people with disabilities. This includes the adaptation of facilities, the creation of specialized zones for the recovery of different body functions, and the use of modern technologies for monitoring patient progress. The integration of psychological support into the rehabilitation process is also a key aspect, as veterans often face post-traumatic stress disorders, depression, and other psychological challenges. The use of multidisciplinary teams, including specialists in physical rehabilitation, psychology, social work, and other fields, ensures a comprehensive approach to restoring veterans' health. Particular attention is paid to analyzing current trends in rehabilitation medicine, including the use of the latest methods and technologies. For example, specialized physical therapy programs using robotics, virtual reality technologies for psychological rehabilitation, and innovative social support methods are discussed. International experience demonstrates that the successful rehabilitation of veterans largely depends on the integration of these innovations into the everyday practice of rehabilitation facilities. This is especially relevant for Ukraine, where, given the increasing number of veterans in need of rehabilitation, it is necessary to adapt the best international practices to create an effective rehabilitation system. The results of this study can be used to develop recommendations for improving the planning and organization of rehabilitation departments for veterans in Ukraine, which will contribute to enhancing the quality of medical and social services and supporting their mental and physical health.

Considering the specific needs of veterans, who often face various physical and psychological injuries, effective planning of rehabilitation facilities plays a crucial role in ensuring their successful recovery and reintegration into civilian life. The article emphasizes the importance of functional space organization, which ensures convenient access to necessary rehabilitation services and contributes to creating a comfortable environment for veterans. \u0000The study of international experience shows that in many countries, special attention is given to the accessibility of rehabilitation services for people with disabilities. This includes the adaptation of facilities, the creation of specialized zones for the recovery of different body functions, and the use of modern technologies for monitoring patient progress. The integration of psychological support into the rehabilitation process is also a key aspect, as veterans often face post-traumatic stress disorders, depression, and other psychological challenges. The use of multidisciplinary teams, including specialists in physical rehabilitation, psychology, social work, and other fields, ensures a comprehensive approach to restoring veterans' health. \u0000Particular attention is paid to analyzing current trends in rehabilitation medicine, including the use of the latest methods and technologies. For example, specialized physical therapy programs using robotics, virtual reality technologies for psychological rehabilitation, and innovative social support methods are discussed. International experience demonstrates that the successful rehabilitation of veterans largely depends on the integration of these innovations into the everyday practice of rehabilitation facilities. STRUCTURAL CHANGES IN THE ENERGY SUPPLY OF THE HOUSING FUND OF UKRAINE 乌克兰住房公积金能源供应的结构性变化

The purpose of the article is to study the problems of maintaining the housing stock in the conditions of structural changes in the energy supply of the housing stock and new construction in Ukraine. The analysis of the loss of power generation capacities of Ukraine due to the war unleashed by Russia is presented, which indicates the loss of 50% of power generation capacities and the destruction of thermal power plants, thermal power plants, and transformer substations. It is shown that the main challenges affecting the energy supply of the residential complex were Ukraine's forced refusal from 2024 to import natural gas and the declared transition from 2024 to electric heating of new construction objects. It has been shown that the indicators of the regulatory requirements for the thermal resistance of the building envelope, in accordance with the requirements put into effect in 2022 DBN B.2.6-31:2021 "Thermal insulation and energy efficiency of buildings" only came close to the indicators of European countries, which were adopted almost 15 years ago, which is not acceptable, since residential buildings account for 33% or 17.04 million toe. total final energy consumption. During the next 5-10 years, it is planned to invest Sh15 billion in the construction of new renewable energy power plants in Ukraine. A new player will appear on the country's electricity market - an operator of an energy storage facility ("UZE Operator"). Its activities will be related to the operation of installations, energy storage and the selection of such UZE electricity for the purpose of using it for its own needs and storing and further releasing electricity into the network.

AERATION MODE OF A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING DEPENDING ON ITS CHARACTERISTICS 根据住宅楼的特点确定其通气模式

The article examines the problems associated with the aeration of urban areas. The relationship between the aeration regime and the objects of the urban environment is revealed. The impact of building features and landscaping on the aeration regime of the territory was studied. Taking into account the aeration regime in residential buildings is necessary to regulate the temperature-humidity regime, gassiness and dustiness of the air, substantiation of the density of the housing stock, the efficiency of the use of the city territory, etc. However, there is no theoretical knowledge that reveals the influence of volumetric and spatial decisions of development and reconstruction of residential buildings on the aeration regime of the territory. The rapid growth of the urban population presents architects, designers and builders with a number of tasks to increase the built-up area. Increasing the efficiency of the use of the urban environment provokes the development of high-rise buildings and complexes and an increase in the density of buildings. In this regard, when evaluating design solutions for territory planning projects and construction projects for the development of microdistricts and quarters, among the issues related to insolation, it is necessary to take into account the distribution, speed, direction of wind flows and the area of ​​development, which, in turn, directly related to pedestrian bioclimatic comfort and the problem of formation of zones with reduced wind speeds, containing in the air an increased concentration of harmful substances in the form of gases and chemically active dust. To determine the relationship of the aeration regime with objects of the urban environment, physical and technical factors that shape the climate at all levels, it is necessary to investigate the scheme of their interaction as the basis of the quality of human living space. The limits of the aeration regime during the development of urban housing determine the microclimate of urbanized urban areas with existing residential buildings.

PRINCIPLES OF APPLICATION OF THE SOIL EINFORCEMENT METHOD WITH HORIZONTAL ELEMENTS IN COMPLEX SOIL CONDITIONS 在复杂土壤条件下采用水平构件加固土壤法的应用原则

Soil reinforcement with horizontal linear flexible elements is used in almost all branches of geotechnical practice, when placing a construction site in difficult soil conditions. Let's consider in more detail each of the difficult construction conditions, such as areas faked by mining, subsidence soils, areas dangerous for the possibility of sufosis and karst, landslides, as well as loose and organic soils, using the example of pillow reinforcement under the foundation of the building that will be erected. In this case, it is necessary to comply with such requirements as sufficient strength of the reinforcement elements and the optimal contact surface of the elements with the soil. First of all, we will consider the principle of using this method during construction on territories that have already been tampered with or will be tampered with in the future by mining and underground urban structures. In addition to the displacement trough, which is directly formed over a certain period of time above the mine, within which subsidence, tilting, curvature deformation, compression and stretching of the earth's surface occur, other dangerous processes that reach the earth's surface are also possible: soil compaction from drainage, which leads to the subsidence of the layers that lie above and ends with the subsidence of the earth's surface with the formation of a drainage basin of subsidence; sufosis into an underground working, as a result of which a sufosis cavity is formed, and depending on its height, either collapse or subsidence of the soil occurs, and a sufosis depression or a sufosis mound of displacement is formed on the earth's surface, respectively. In buildings, the effect of reinforcement is manifested in two ways. First of all, due to its tensile strength, reinforcement prevents the displacement of some parts of the soil mass relative to others. Secondly, the interlayer, which works in harmony with the soil, causes a redistribution of stresses from overloaded areas to neighboring unloaded areas and involves them in work. The introduction of such a layer allows you to strengthen the dangerous or weakened area of ​​the structure and ensure its sufficient strength. The introduction of horizontal reinforcing elements into the soil base, which will absorb part of the tensile forces, will significantly limit these deformations. Тhe destruction of reinforced soil structures located in counterfeit territories is characterized by the rupture of reinforcing elements due to the stretching of the earth's surface, therefore it is necessary to ensure their required strength, as well as the length of reinforcing elements. It is also desirable to anchor the ends of the reinforcing elements, if their number is at least 4. This will prevent reinforcement elements from slipping in the soil, which will reduce the settlement of foundations of buildings and structures.

Asphalt concrete, being a pivotal material in road construction, has its water stability intricately tied to the road's service life and safety. In engineering practice, an ASA is commonly employed to enhance the water stability of asphalt concrete. This investigation aims to scrutinize the impact of various ASAs on the water stability of asphalt concrete by selecting three frequently used ones. The investigation is conducted through the Marshall water immersion test. Experimental outcomes indicate that cement, AASA, and NASA effectively bolster the water stability of asphalt concrete, with NASA demonstrating the most superior performance.

This paper presents the results of the study of the strength of the junctions of external wall panels and columns and crossbars and columns of the IIS-03-02 series, which was used in the construction of the building of the Faculty of Biology of the Uzhgorod State University in the city of Uzhhorod. The survey and research data, as well as the development of recommendations, which were carried out by the employees of the Physico-Mechanical Institute named after G.V. Karpenka of the National Academy of Sciences on the order of «Zakarpatzalizoboton» VO from July 19, 1991. The work describes basic information about the building, its design and construction. The main reasons that led to the need for research and development of recommendations for strengthening the junctions of panels and columns and crossbars and columns and strengthening their short consoles and support niches of panels are established. Also, the data on identified design errors, shortcomings and defects in the construction and manufacture and transportation of reinforced concrete structures are given. In particular, the own weight of panels and walls is significantly overestimated by up to 25%; in some panels, embedded parts are embedded in concrete and have deviations from the design position; also in some panels there is a deviation of up to 20-30 mm from flatness; sockets for supporting panels on the console of the columns are installed at different angles to the plane of the panel; size fluctuations between the axes of the columns in some places are higher than the norm up to 50-70 mm; poor-quality reinforcement of the panels in the places where the supporting parts of the panels rest on the short console of the column, etc. The verification calculation of the support table of the reinforcement of the column consoles and the supporting parts of the panels was performed. On the basis of field survey and relevant calculations, appropriate recommendations were developed for strengthening the joints of external wall panels and columns and crossbars and columns. In particular, the elimination of identified shortcomings and defects, ensuring the bearing capacity of short cantilevers of the IIS-04-02 series for seismic loads for the construction area of 7 points.
