Comparative investigation of hybrid FLC-PI, FLC-PID and classical PI and PID controllers has been made to find advantages of any of those controllers under measurement of accumulated angle during shock and step response parameters. In this paper, from four controllers which can be used to control parameters of MEMS gyro, only one is under investigation that responsible for keeping a standing wave in the fix angular position providing accurate angle rate measurement.
