摘要

以分模零件为例,对工艺系统各要素的接触相互作用进行了计算-实验分析。为此,建立了接触体系统的参数化模型。同时对研究对象的应力-应变状态和接触相互作用进行了数值和实验研究。这使得建立物体连接中应力-应变状态和接触压力分量的分布特征成为可能。所得实验结果为以工艺系统各单元接触相互作用数值模拟精度为准则确定有限元模型参数提供了依据。

In the work on the example of parts of dividing dies the calculation-experimental analysis of contact interaction of elements of technological systems is carried out. For this purpose, parametric models of the system of contacting bodies are constructed. Numerical and experimental studies of the stress-strain state and contact interaction of the studied objects were performed in parallel. This makes it possible to establish the features of the distribution of the components of the stress-strain state and the contact pressure in the connection of bodies. The obtained experimental results are the basis for determining the parameters of finite-element models by the criterion of accuracy of numerical modeling of contact interaction of elements of technological systems.
