In this paper, the analysis framework of university teachers' information literacy is constructed at first. On this basis, a questionnaire for measuring university teachers' information literacy is proposed. To validate their feasibility, 133 questionnaires are pretested by using the factor analysis method. Then, the survey data of 402 university teachers are investigated based on the statistical analysis method.
