摘要

为了解决铁路区位选择的多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于三个参数区间数之间比较优势关系的决策模型。首先,将铁路选线方案的定性和定量属性转化为三参数区间数,得到三参数区间数决策矩阵;其次,将三参数区间数决策矩阵归一化为归一化的三参数区间数决策矩阵;第三,通过三个参数区间数之间的距离度量计算评价属性的权重,得到加权归一化决策矩阵;基于加权归一化决策矩阵,计算各方案的加权综合属性值并进行排序。最后,以铁路选址工程为例,验证了该模型的有效性和可行性。
