Capital flow of bank account is the financial performance of business operation. Large amount of capital flow is to meet the objective need of normal economic activities, but also mixed with some abnormal or even illegal capital flow, which brings great harm to the healthy development of national economy. In this paper, the factor space of economic crime is constructed based on factor space analysis method, and the economic crime is studied from macro to micro, multidimensional and multi-angle. In addition, the factor tree of economic crime is also established and combined with relevant algorithms to judge the probability of economic crime and to realize the change from randomness to certainty in the research of economic crime.

According to the characteristics of venture capital guide fund selects sub-fund, we construct the evaluation index system from the four dimensions of policy effects, fund situation, internal operation and achievements in this paper. Considering each expect has different knowledge background and advantages of intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, a method based on hybrid multi-attribute group decision making for venture capital guide fund selects sub-funds is proposed. Finally, an example is given to prove that the model has well applicability in the reality.

Mapping building plays an important role in robot navigation, in order to facility agent with high level intelligence and mimic the major function of rat’s space cell, a new mechanism of Genetic Algorithm Integrated with Neuralnetwork(GAIN) was proposed in this paper. Considering the scenario of unknown environment when agent explores the map, weights in neural network remain the same during agent’s lifecycle and will be optimized by genetic algorithm. Several simulation was performed on Unity platform, especial the Tolman mouse maze experiment, including cross position learning experiment, spatial orientation experiment and roundabout experiment, had been reproduced by agent other than real rat. Furthermore, some extension of experiment has also done to further prove the feasibility of the algorithm. Simulation results verified the proposed GAIN algorithm can endow agent with cognitive map function.

The quest for better customization and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is wellknown in many empirical research studies as critically essential to the rapid adoption in the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) sector. This need is greater in the SME sector as it has been pretty slow to be embraced in developing countries and to understand why the SME sector lags behind other industries in the rapid adoption of ERP for implementation. This study investigates the Colombian SME sector, analyze and evaluate the main factors SMEs consider in their quest to make optimal ERP selections. The paper develops a customized integrated model of the main criteria that might affect the selection of an appropriate ERP package for SMEs. The model was tested using the Delphi three stage method to evaluate the applicability of the variables within the model from 260 expert participants. The results showed that all the variables are applicable in making ERP decisions for implementation in SMEs.

The imaging geometry of a real imaging system always deviates from the ideal projection models. This deviation is treated as distortion, which is always estimated along with other parameters when calibrating a camera. Although the perspective projection model is chosen in most existing distortion estimation methods, it can’t be used to describe a fish-eye imaging system. In this paper, we proposed a method to estimate the distortion of the fish-eye cameras in which the stereographic projection model is being used. Images of spheres and sets of parallel lines are utilized to estimate the distortion parameters. The method is validated on synthetic, simulated, and real images. Experimental results show that our method is robust to noise, and a subpixel accuracy is achieved. By applying estimated parameters, undistorted fisheye images can be treated as a stereographic projection of the world, which will be highly convenient for computer vision tasks.

Personalized nutrition has been identified as a relevant way for tackling nowadays several non-communicable diseases like type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and cancer. Keeping in mind personalization, the current contribution is focused on proposing a daily menu recommender system using nutritional knowledge for guaranteeing the suggestion of nutritionally appropriated foods, as well as managing the users’ previous preferences in order to suggest foods preferred in the past. The proposal also incorporates a decision analysis approach based on multiple criteria to screen inappropriate foods. Finally, the contribution includes a case study to evaluate the performance of the proposal.

In order to realise the recommendation of similar legal cases, by integrating the latent semantics and structured data this paper proposes a method for calculating the similarity between criminal fact texts of two legal cases. In particular, due to the characteristics of different lengths of criminal fact texts and the high dimensional complexity of their features, we use TextRank algorithm to preprocess the criminal fact text of a legal case to realise the extraction of its key features. Finally, we conduct some experiments on 1,000 legal judgment documents of theft. More specifically, in term of the similarity between a recommended case and its real judgement, we benchmark our method with a state-of-art method and find ours significantly outperforms it.

The study of new word detection is of great significance of the improvement on the performance of Chinese natural language processing tasks. To solve the problem of the inconsistency of coarse-grained long-word boundaries and the detection of compound words in detection of new words, a new word detection method with the combination of BiLSTM-CRF and information entropy(IE) is proposed. First, BiLSTM model extracts candidate new words. Then, information entropy splicing candidate new words to redefine word boundaries. The BiLSTM model could effectively utilize context information, CRF could consider the relationship between adjacent labels, realizing sentence horizontal sequence labeling, which could solve the problem that some compound words and long words are difficult to identify. The results of experiment show that our model achieves better performance on construction engineering datasets.

The Interplanetary File System(IPFS) is a new generation of P2P storage systems with the feature of decentralization, content-based addressing and tamper-proof. However, the static replica policy is used in IPFS, which does not take into account the file heat, resulting in low quality of service, high access latency and low storage utilization. Focused on above problems, an IPFS dynamic replica management strategy based on Support Vector Regression (SVR) is proposed. It can proactively predict future file heat and change the file’s redundancy strategy and number of replicas in time. Experiments show that the dynamic replica management strategy proposed in this paper has a good prediction effect and can effectively reduce file access latency.

In the long-term accumulation of traditional Chinese medicine, there are many synonymous and different words because of different expressions and descriptions, or the same disease is divided into different diseases because of different clinical manifestations. This phenomenon makes the dimension of the disease data set larger and sparse. In this study, two data sets (one is the uci-breast Cancer data set, the other is the Chinese medicine data crawled by yaozhi network) were used for algorithm experiment. It has been proved by experiments that after the establishment of the disease dictionary through the string editing distance (Levenshtein Distance), the bi-gram smoothing process is performed, and then the PCA dimension reduction is lower. After the ANN-SoftMax Regressor training, the Chinese medicine data fuzzy symptom classification is more accurate, achieving an accuracy of 90.95%.
