Since 2021, new European legislation has come into effect regulating the flight crew licensing. Part of this legislation is the obligation to attend a seminar for each instructor once every 3 years. The seminars can be organized by the declared training organizations (DTO), for which the organization of these seminars is new and have no experience with it, so this program proposal can help them organize the seminar.
