New accessibility technology can make IT devices more accessible to diverse users, thus it can reduce barriers to the use of IT devices. The objective of this study is to inform the procedures to develop accessibility UX guidelines in Samsung. In 2014, the comprehensive literature survey was conducted including academic research papers, accessibility laws, and international standard documents. In 2015, a user test was conducted to clarify and specify the guidelines. In 2016, lawyers reviewed the guidelines to increase the reliability of them.
