摘要

本研究旨在探讨自我效能感对巴东大学讲师忠诚的影响,并以工作满意度为中介。这项研究以巴东大学的30位讲师为样本。研究工具使用了一份问卷,分发给巴东内吉里大学的讲师作为受访者。分析方法采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)。本研究结果表明:(1)自我效能感对员工忠诚无显著影响;(2)自我效能感对工作满意度有显著影响;(3)工作满意度在自我效能感对员工忠诚的影响中起中介作用。
