摘要化生性乳腺癌是侵袭性乳腺癌中一种罕见的恶性肿瘤。患者多表现为肿瘤大、腋窝淋巴结转移、三阴性。化生性乳腺癌的治疗方法与浸润性乳腺癌相似。在此病例报告中，我们发现了一例非常罕见的化生性乳腺癌伴腋窝淋巴结转移。
