With a qualitative approach, data is collected using interview and observation techniques. The results showed that the factors influencing the success of Rois in internalizing the Islamic character of the community are customary or habitual, wills or willpower, descent, and education. 摘要

品格教育仍然是当今国家教育目标中的一个重点。学校不再是唯一应该进行品格教育的地方,也应该向家庭和社会进行。要实现素质教育,必须把这三个环节结合起来。如果说在学校里是老师的任务,那么在社会上则是作为他所在地区宗教领袖的罗伊斯的任务。采用定性方法,使用访谈和观察技术收集数据。结果表明,影响罗伊人成功内化社区伊斯兰特征的因素是习俗或习惯、意志或意志力、血统和教育。此外,在履行一个地区的宗教领袖角色的过程中,卢瓦经历了自身的变化,即卢瓦行为的变化、宗教学术的掌握以及时间和精力的投入。
