摘要

在机械臂的应用中,运动可靠性是非常重要的。本文通过可靠性指标、过程能力指标和过程性能指标对机器人机械手的运动可靠性进行了评价。推导了重复定位精度,计算了这三个指标。通过实验将这些指标应用于两个机器人。实验结果表明,所提出的指标能够较好地评价机械手的运动可靠性。研究结果可作为机器人机械手选择的依据。

Evaluation of Motion Reliability for Robot Manipulator
Motion reliability is important in the application of robot manipulator. In this paper, we evaluated the motion reliability of robot manipulator through degree of reliability, process capability index, and process performance index. The repeated positioning accuracy was derived to calculate these three indices. These indices were applied to two robots through experiments. The experimental results showed that the proposed indices can evaluate the motion reliability of robot manipulator.
