The result indicates that passion for service performed the role to reduce the impact of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization on the intention to leave significantly. 摘要

本研究的目的是研究服务热情对曼谷某连锁酒店一线员工倦怠与离职意向关系的调节作用,研究对象包括63家曼谷连锁酒店,554名一线员工包含合适的数据,并进行了有调节的多元回归分析。结果表明,服务热情显著降低了情绪耗竭和去人格化对离职意向的影响。基于这些发现,我们可以建议招聘和留住充满激情的一线员工,他们对工作充满激情,特别是对为客户提供服务充满激情,这是降低离职意愿的重要因素,最终可以降低离职率。
